Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is TechZone / Ultimate Gaming Party, operating across Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, London, and Essex.​

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Entrants must reside in Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, London, or Essex.

• Employees of TechZone and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post.

  • Tag one person they wish to gift the prize to in the comments.

• Optional sharing of the post does not increase chances of winning.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.​

 

4. The Prize

• Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) 60-minute Ultimate Gaming Party.

• The prize must be gifted to the person tagged in the entry and may not be used by the entrant themselves.

• The prize includes:

  • Hire of a TechZone gaming vehicle

  • Gaming equipment

  • Supervision by trained TechZone staff​

5. Booking & Availability

• The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner announcement.

• Bookings are valid for Monday to Thursday only.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Travel within TechZone’s standard service areas is included; extended travel may incur additional charges.

6. Location & Access Requirements

• The prize is subject to suitable parking space and safe access being available at the event location.

• A minimum of two car lengths plus manoeuvring space is required.

• If access requirements cannot be met, the booking may be rescheduled or an alternative location agreed.​

7. Age & Supervision

• Gaming parties are suitable for children aged 7 years and over.

• A responsible adult must remain on site for the duration of the event.

• All participants must follow instructions given by TechZone staff at all times.

8. Health & Safety

• TechZone operates under full risk assessments and safeguarding policies.

• Gameplay sessions may be limited or rotated for safety and fairness.

• Food and open drinks are not permitted inside the gaming vehicle.

9. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

• The prize may not be sold or exchanged.​

​

10. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• Winners will be contacted via Facebook and announced on 1 January 2026.

• If a winner does not respond within 21 days, TechZone reserves the right to select an alternative winner.​

​

11. Media & Publicity

• By accepting the prize, winners agree that photographs or video footage taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes, unless TechZone is notified in writing prior to the event.​

​

12. Force Majeure

• TechZone shall not be liable for cancellation or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, vehicle breakdown, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, TechZone will make reasonable efforts to rearrange the booking.​

​

13. General

• TechZone reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time if necessary.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, nor associated with it.
